BKM has experience providing early conflict advice, acting as neutral evaluators (providing services to other law firms and their clients as arbitrators), mediators, trial referees, and private settlement judges.

International and local arbitration is one of the firm’s main areas of expertise. Our ADR team has been involved in the amendment of the Arbitration and Mediation Law, and its members have served as arbitrators and mediators in local and international cases.

The firm’s members are currently on the list of arbitrators of international and national commissions, having participated as advisors in the drafting of the Arbitration and Mediation Law in Paraguay. In cases where legal proceedings are unavoidable, we act as lawyers to defend clients’ interests or reach agreements on reasonable terms.
