The Directorate General of Legal Persons and Structures and Final Beneficiaries (the “Directorate”), through Resolution No. 05/2022 issued on June 29, 2022, ordered an extension for start applying sanctions regarding the obligation for all legal entities to update, annually and until June 30 of each year, their administrative records of persons and legal entities, as well as final beneficiaries.
Therefore, the deadline for legal entities to meet the obligation of updating said records is now as follows:

| 0 a 3 | July 15, 2022 |
| 4 a 6 | July 22, 2022 |
| 7 a 9 | July 29, 2022 |
Once the mentioned new deadlines have expired, the term established in the applicable law (June 30) is maintained.
