other third parties, exceptionally when obliged to do so by law or by means of legal

In the event that you have

has reasonable motives to assume that said information is false, inexact or incomplete, Berkemeyer
will have the right to suspend or terminate your membership to the Service.
3. COSTS
Currently, Berkemeyer provides the Service free of cost, but reserves the
right to modify this aspect if it believes to be appropriate, prior notification
by this same mean.

All Services provided are posted in Berkemeyer’s
website, when accessing the webpage. The Service is offered /rendered “in the current
state/condition in which it is found” and “in the measure of its availability”

resolved by the ordinary courts, with residence in the city of Asuncion, Republic
