COLLECTIONS OF DUE PAYMENTS (ACTIVATION)
» Early default/delay
Early default portfolios are characterized by a due debt defaulting over a short period of time. The main objectives being pursued at this stage are the following: Standardization of clients debt, Cancelation of debts that are due, Follow-up of payment agreements, Data update.
» Late default/delay
Late defualting portfolios are those whose debts have been in default over a long period of time. Depending on our clients? interests, intensive management policies are performed, intended for the:Cancellation of debts, Renegotiation of debt, Offer debt discharges, Monitoring of payment, commitment agreements, Data update.
PRE-LEGAL PHASE / PRE-JUDICIAL PHASE
This stage is crucial to the eventual commencement of a judicial procedure. This phase is considered the last stage for the debtor client to reach a settlement prior to the commencing of the trial. In this phase the creditor has the opportunity to decide with the relevant information, whether or not to proceed with legal actions.
LEGAL PHASE/JUDICIAL PHASE
This stage counts with specialists in the judicial recovery of sums of money through the promotion and defense of enforcement processes, obtaining seizures, inhibition motions, auctions and adjunction of goods, representing clients before all courts of the Republic of Paraguay.
